Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, cut 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 c. dried bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. oil

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, beat together egg, crushed garlic, and prepared mustard with a fork until well blended.
  2. Drop pork chops into the egg mixture, then coat them well with dried bread crumbs.
  3. In a large, heavy skillet over moderate heat, cook the breaded pork chops in oil, turning once, for about 20 minutes or until browned and no longer pink inside.
