Ingredients

  • 1 c. corn (whole kernel)
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Work buttermilk, flour, corn meal, soda, baking powder and salt into sausage.
  2. Bake 30 minutes at 450°.
