Ingredients

  • 10 oz jar apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pound wieners, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 15 1/4 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 large green or red pepper, cut into 3/4-inch squares

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine apricot preserves, barbecue sauce, and teriyaki sauce.
  2. Heat until hot and bubbly, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in wieners, pineapple chunks, and green pepper. Heat thoroughly.
  4. Transfer mixture to a chafing dish, keeping warm over low heat.
  5. Serve with toothpicks.
