Ingredients

  • 6 slices beef tenderloin steaks
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef steaks with lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  4. Remove steaks from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, add onion rings and sauté until tender.
  6. Serve the steaks topped with sautéed onions.
