Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 3 soft avocados
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 3 large green onions, chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cans black olives, chopped
  • 8 oz grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread the bean dip evenly on the bottom of a serving pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the avocado dip with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Layer the avocado mixture over the bean dip.
  4. Mix sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning mix in a separate bowl.
  5. Spread the seasoned sour cream mixture over the avocado layer.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes, and chopped black olives evenly over the top.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese over all layers.
  8. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
