Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chili mix
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 1/3 c. cold water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Prepare chili as directed on package using ground beef, water, and tomato sauce.
  2. Place approximately 2 tablespoons of chili on each tortilla and roll tightly.
  3. Place seam side down in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining chili.
  5. Cover and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  6. Uncover, top with cubed American cheese, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
