Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Instructions

  1. Bring oleo, cocoa, and water to a boil.
  2. Pour the boiled mixture over the remaining cake ingredients and stir well.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 300°F.
