Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. corn flakes
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Cream the margarine, sugar, and brown sugar together.
  2. Add the egg and mix well.
  3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and soda.
  4. Fold in the corn flakes, oatmeal, and coconut.
  5. Drop teaspoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
