Ingredients

  • 2 packages macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (1 lb) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (12 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on the package.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
  3. Add diced celery, chopped green pepper, and chopped onion to the beef and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in drained corn, tomato sauce, water, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the cooked macaroni and cheese with the beef and vegetable mixture.
  6. Mix well and serve.
