Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef roast
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Brown the onion in oil in a skillet.
  2. Add all other ingredients to the onion and mix well.
  3. Brown the beef roast in a skillet or oven-safe pan.
  4. Place the beef in a baking dish with the sauce mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F until the meat is tender and cooked through.
