Ingredients

  • 1 head shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 finely diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 8 oz. bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
  • Fritos
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 spoon batter
  • 1/2 jig rum
  • 1 jig brandy

Instructions

  1. Toss together the shredded lettuce, Ranch Style beans, shredded Cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, minced onion, and Catalina dressing.
  2. Just before serving, crush the Fritos and toss the salad again with the Fritos.
