Thai Chicken Strips feature tender chicken coated in a flavorful marinade of Italian dressing, herbs, and toasted sesame seeds, perfect for an appetizer or light meal with bold flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander or parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, process Italian dressing, white wine, sugar, soy sauce, coriander or parsley, ginger, cumin, and paprika until blended.
  2. In a large shallow baking dish, combine the dressing mixture, toasted sesame seed, and chicken strips.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally, for at least 3 hours.
