Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 brick Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 bag egg noodles
  • 1 medium onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain off excess grease.
  2. If desired, dice and brown the onion with the beef.
  3. Over low heat, mix together Velveeta cheese, cooked beef, mushroom soup, and tomato soup until smooth.
  4. Boil the egg noodles until tender, then drain.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with the beef and cheese mixture.
  6. Serve hot.
