Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. filtered water
  • 1/4 c. frozen orange juice
  • 1/4 c. cranberry juice
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 Tbsp. protein powder
  • 1/4 c. pressed tofu, sliced
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 6 to 10 seedless grapes
  • 1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
  • 1 small handful pine nuts
  • 1 tsp. peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix water, orange juice, cranberry juice, and bananas for 30 seconds on medium speed.
  2. Add ginger powder, protein powder, and pressed tofu; blend for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add raspberries, grapes, Grape-Nuts cereal, pine nuts (if using), peanut butter, honey, and vanilla; blend for 1 minute.
