- 1/4 c. frozen orange juice ⓘ
- 1/4 c. cranberry juice
- 2 large bananas ⓘ
- 1 tsp. ginger powder ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. protein powder ⓘ
- 1/4 c. pressed tofu, sliced ⓘ
- 1 handful raspberries ⓘ
- 6 to 10 seedless grapes
- 1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal ⓘ
- 1 small handful pine nuts ⓘ
- 1 tsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract ⓘ
Instructions
- In a blender, mix water, orange juice, cranberry juice, and bananas for 30 seconds on medium speed.
- Add ginger powder, protein powder, and pressed tofu; blend for another 30 seconds.
- Add raspberries, grapes, Grape-Nuts cereal, pine nuts (if using), peanut butter, honey, and vanilla; blend for 1 minute.
