Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking soda, and baking powder together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs, and milk until well blended.
  3. Add mashed bananas to the wet mixture and stir.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in nuts if using.
  6. Pour the batter into greased and floured loaf pans.
  7. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 60 minutes.
  8. Check doneness with a toothpick; remove from oven when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
