Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 to 4 carrots, sliced thin
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and sliced
  • 2 to 3 potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. In a skillet with little oil or sprayed with cooking oil, brown the pork chops on both sides for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato soup, about 1 can of water, sliced carrots, sliced potatoes, drained sliced mushrooms, and sliced onion.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
