Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Blue cheese
  • 6 oz. process Cheddar cheese spread
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 cup ground pecans

Instructions

  1. Let the cheeses soften at room temperature.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cheeses, minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce; blend well.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup parsley and 1/2 cup ground pecans.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball and place it in a bowl lined with wax paper.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. About an hour before serving, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator.
  7. Roll the cheese ball in a mixture of 1/2 cup ground pecans and 1/4 cup parsley.
  8. Place on a serving dish and surround with crackers.
