  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  3. Gently fold in sour cream.
  4. Cover and chill.

Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier texture, blend the cottage cheese longer before adding the other ingredients. If you prefer a milder flavor, substitute feta cheese for blue cheese. You can also add a pinch of garlic powder for extra flavor. This dip is versatile; try adding chopped herbs like dill or parsley for an herbal twist. Serve it alongside Peppery Cheese Biscuits for a delightful snack.

Serving Suggestions

This dip is perfect for parties and pairs beautifully with an array of dippers like crackers, celery sticks, and bell pepper strips. You can also use it as a topping on baked potatoes or as a salad dressing to enhance your greens. For a full spread, serve it with Farmer'S Cookies for dessert and drink pairing.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The flavors will meld together nicely as it sits. If the dip thickens too much after chilling, stir in a little milk or sour cream to achieve your desired consistency before serving again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make this dip ahead of time?
