Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • few drops hot pepper or taco sauce
  • 2 cans buttermilk or country-style biscuits
  • 1 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion, shredded cheese, chopped tomato, hot pepper or taco sauce, and salt to the skillet.
  3. Mix well and cook until heated through and flavors meld.
