Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. zucchini
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
  • 1 cup grated Tillamook cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut up the zucchini and cook in a small amount of water until tender and nearly dry.
  2. Mash the cooked zucchini and mix it with the other ingredients.
  3. Place the mixture in a well-greased casserole dish.
  4. Top with additional grated Tillamook cheese.
  5. Bake at 375°F until puffed and golden brown.
