- In a mixing bowl, combine ground ham, finely chopped celery, chutney, mayonnaise, and pepper; mix well.
- Chill the ham mixture.
- In a small saucepan, heat water to boiling.
- Add crumbled pie crust mix; stir vigorously over low heat until pastry forms a ball and leaves sides of the pan.
- Cook for 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Add eggs and beat on low speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 425°F until golden brown and dry, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack, then split the puffs.
- Just before serving, fill with the chilled ham mixture.
