Ingredients

  • 8 oz. whipping cream
  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • fresh red raspberries

Instructions

  1. Whip whipping cream in an electric mixer until soft peaks form and refrigerate to keep cool.
  2. Melt 4 ounces of white chocolate with 2 tablespoons of milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir until blended and set aside to cool.
  3. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and grated orange peel in an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add the melted white chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
  6. Pour the filling into a cooled baked pie crust and refrigerate until set.
  7. Garnish with fresh red raspberries before serving.
