Tofu Pate
Ingredients
- 12 ounces soft tofu ⓘ
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon shoyu ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced ⓘ
- 1 dash cayenne pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric ⓘ
- 1 dash black pepper ⓘ
- 1 dash onion powder ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar ⓘ
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced ⓘ
- parsley ⓘ
- 1 dill pickle, minced ⓘ
- 1 stalk celery, chopped ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon dill weed, minced ⓘ
- scallions or 1 small minced onion ⓘ
Instructions
- Drain tofu for one hour to get water out.
- Mash and mix in all ingredients.
