- Cut chicken into 1/2-inch wide strips.
- In a medium skillet, cook chicken and chopped onion in butter or margarine until chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in thawed broccoli, lemon juice, dried thyme, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 6 minutes.
- Add tomato wedges and simmer, covered, for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
