Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, frozen broccoli florets, cooked macaroni, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Whisk together the undiluted cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Pour the soup mixture into the bowl with the chicken and vegetables, and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
