Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bag hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup onions, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the corn flakes and melted butter in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Combine the corn flakes with the melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
