Tomato Tofu Pie
Ingredients
Instructions
- Saute onion in oil.
- Add sauce, salt and pepper; stir 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add tofu and most of the cheese (save some for top).
- Stir together and pour into a 9-inch round baking dish or pie crust.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
