Ingredients

  • 1 package fettuccine noodles
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ham steak, cubed
  • 1 small bag frozen peas
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pint cream
  • white wine

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté garlic and onion in olive oil until onions are transparent.
  2. Prepare the fettuccine noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Add cubed ham, frozen peas, and white wine to the skillet and cook until the mixture is very hot.
  4. Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until cheese is melted and sauce is heated through.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve immediately.
