Ingredients

  • 1 c. diced cooked ham
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 6 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 can (16 oz.) peas
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute ham and mushrooms in butter until browned.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
  3. Cook peas; drain.
  4. Combine all hot ingredients in a large mixing bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and toss well.
  5. Serve immediately.
