Ingredients

  • 9 oz. package fresh cheese-filled tortellini
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • fresh parsley sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and place in a medium bowl.
  2. Cook garlic in hot olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 30 seconds; stir in vinegar.
  3. Add garlic mixture, bacon, Parmesan cheese, whipping cream, parsley, and pepper to the tortellini; toss gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.
