Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 flour tortillas
  • 5 Tbsp. black olives, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp. red bell pepper, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp. capers, drained
  • 5 Tbsp. red onion, chopped
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped black olives, red bell pepper, green pepper, capers, red onion, and softened cream cheese together in a bowl.
  2. Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture onto each tortilla, covering almost to the edges.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly and wrap it in Saran Wrap.
  4. Chill the wrapped tortillas in the refrigerator.
