Tips & Substitutions

For a spicier kick, consider adding more minced jalapenos or using spicy cream cheese. If you want a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. You can also use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option. To save time, prepare the cream cheese mixture a day ahead and let the flavors meld overnight. Keep an eye on the stacking to ensure even layers.

Serving Suggestions

These tortilla wedges are perfect for parties or game day and pair beautifully with salsa or picante sauce for dipping. Consider serving them alongside a refreshing Rice And Black Bean Salad or Layered Guacamole Dip for a complete spread. They also make a great addition to a Mexican recipes buffet.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftover tortilla wedges in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes, or until heated through. Avoid microwaving, as this can make them soggy.
