Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • Hot sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1/2 head red cabbage
  • 1 cup tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • Salad dressing
  • 1 hamburger
  • 1 avocado

Instructions

  1. Combine lettuce, red cabbage, tomatoes, onion, and shredded Cheddar in a large bowl.
  2. Toss with salad dressing and add sliced avocado.
  3. Brown the hamburger in a skillet; add red kidney beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool the meat mixture slightly and add it to the salad mixture.
  5. Add tortilla chips to the salad.
  6. Drizzle hot sauce over the salad to taste and serve.
