Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple. Mix flour, butter, 1/4 cup almonds and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 12 minutes at 350°.
