- Add milk to the cream of mushroom soup to achieve a gravy-like consistency.
- Divide the gravy in half, reserving one half.
- Mix the reserved gravy with the beaten egg, minced onion, mashed Triscuits, and pepper.
- Add the drained tuna to this mixture and stir well.
- Shape the tuna mixture into 6 patties.
- Bake the patties in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
- Remove the patties from the oven.
- Stir together the remaining half of the gravy and the shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Pour the cheese gravy over the hot tuna patties.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
