Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pasta
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 large can light tuna, drained
  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a frypan, saute onion and garlic in oil until transparent.
  2. Add tuna and chopped black olives to the frypan.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  5. Heat on low until ready to mix into cooked pasta.
