Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can tuna
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except parsley in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into a log or ball.
  3. Roll the shaped mixture in chopped parsley.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
