Ingredients

  • 12.5 oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 6 oz. egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup red peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the hot cooked noodles, drained tuna, broccoli florets, chopped red peppers, and chopped green onion to the sauce mixture.
  6. Stir until evenly blended.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart baking dish.
  8. Cover the dish with foil or a lid.
  9. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
