Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Mix together the tuna, prepared mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce.
  2. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold it into the tuna mixture.
  3. Spread the mixture over English muffin halves.
  4. Broil until puffy and golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately.
