Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 Tbsp. scraped onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
  4. Serve with Hollandaise Sauce or hard-boiled egg sauce.
