Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen broccoli or 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 6 slices turkey breast
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 6 slices sharp American cheese
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli until crisp-tender, then drain and arrange spears in an 11 x 7 x 1-inch baking dish with tips pointing out.
  2. Top the broccoli with slices of turkey breast.
  3. Combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder; pour over the turkey and broccoli.
  4. Place slices of sharp American cheese over the mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle French fried onion rings on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
