Turkey Cordon Bleu features tender turkey slices topped with ham and Swiss cheese, served over a savory broccoli stuffing for a comforting, flavorful meal suitable for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 2 cups Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
  • 4 slices (3 oz.) turkey
  • 2 slices (2 oz.) baked ham, halved
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese, halved

Instructions

  1. Combine broccoli, water, and butter in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in stuffing mix.
  4. Cover and remove from heat.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Place turkey slices in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  7. Cover each turkey slice with a halved slice of ham and a halved slice of Swiss cheese.
  8. Spoon broccoli stuffing over the cheese.
  9. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  10. Meanwhile, heat gravy and serve with the turkey.
