Ingredients

  • 1 cup cut-up turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 4 to 6 cooked potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped onion in margarine until transparent but not brown.
  2. Add the turkey, cream of celery soup, chopped potatoes, pickle relish, and cooked peas to the onion and heat slowly.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Turn the mixture into a 1-quart casserole.
  5. Cover with shredded sharp cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the top with paprika.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
