Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons reduced calorie margarine
  • 1 cup diced cooked turkey
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked diced potatoes
  • 2/3 cup cooked green peas
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat processed American cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, sauté chopped onion in reduced calorie margarine until tender.
  2. Add diced, cooked turkey and cook until heated through.
  3. Stir in cream of celery soup and cooked, diced potatoes.
  4. Add cooked green peas and mix well.
  5. Top with shredded low-fat processed American cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot.
