Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Saute green pepper in margarine until tender.
  2. Blend in flour, curry powder, onion soup, and water. Cook slowly until thickened, stirring constantly.
  3. Add cooked turkey, drained mushrooms, and toasted slivered almonds.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve over rice.
