Turtle Pecan Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. chocolate or vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 pkg. (20 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 1/2 tsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
  • Caramel Topping
  • Chocolate Topping
  • 1 c. chopped toasted pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Place cookies in resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out excess air; seal bag.
  3. Roll over cookies with rolling pin until finely crushed.
  4. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
