Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. whole peanuts

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and brown sugar together.
  2. Add the corn syrup, well beaten eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pie pan.
  4. Sprinkle the whole peanuts on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
  6. Let the pie set until cold before serving.
