Ingredients

  • 3 cups cake flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups corn oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 3/4 cups grated carrots, firmly packed

Instructions
