Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. ham
  • 12 to 15 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. With an electric mixer, blend the first five ingredients till smooth.
  2. Chop ham and green onions very fine with a food chopper or food processor, then mix into the cream cheese mixture till blended well.
  3. Place a tortilla on a plate, and with a rubber spatula, spread a thin layer of the cream cheese/ham mixture on the tortilla.
  4. Layer tortillas and the cream cheese mixture, ending with the cream cheese layer on top, and sprinkle with pecans.
  5. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. Best if prepared the night before to allow flavors to blend.
  6. Cut into squares and insert party toothpicks into each square for serving.
