- Beat the first 5 ingredients until well blended; boil over low heat, stirring for 2 minutes. Add the graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts.
- Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Pat down and cool.
- Combine the 1/4 cup butter, milk, pudding and confectioners sugar.
- Mix thoroughly with mixer and spread over bottom layer. Melt the chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter. Spread on top of creamy layer.
- Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
